Warranty policies

All Trollbeads products are guaranteed for 1 years from date of purchase due to manufacturing defects .

所有於香港Trollbeads購買的產品皆可在購買日起享有一(1)年保養服務，範圍包括貨品在生產過程中出現的瑕疵。

During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, Trollbeads will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at Trollbeads’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced.

於保養期期間，如有發現產品有生產瑕疵，香港Trollbeads有權在法律允許的範圍內決定 (i) Trollbeads自費維修產品 或 (ii) 更換相等的產品。

Trollbeads shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to Trollbeads. A replacement Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer.

在有生產瑕疵的產品退回Trollbeads之前，Trollbeads沒有義務去維修、更換產品或退款。替換產品將承擔原始產品剩餘的保修期 或 自替換或維修之日起九十（90）天的保養期，以較長的期限為準。

Exclusions and Limitations

• The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event that (a) the product has been used outside the manufacturers’ specific use; (b) the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, corrosive environments, environments containing airborne contaminants; (c) unauthorized modifications are made to the product.

• 保養期在以下情況下均不受保 (a) 產品不是在製造商指定用途之內使用；(b) 產品遭受濫用、疏忽使用、意外、保養不當或不足，存放在腐蝕性環境或含有空氣傳播污染物的環境；(c) 未經授權進行改裝的產品。

• Only applicable to products purchased in Hong Kong, officially distributed by 2REK

• 只適用於在香港官方代理商 (2REK) Trollbeads購買的產品。

• Invoice of product are attached.

• 須附上購買證明或有效收據

• The product must remain intact and full details of the product; Free from dirt, scratches, dents, and damage.

• 產品必須保持完整無缺，並保留產品的完整細節；沒有污垢、划痕、凹痕及損壞。

• In case you exchange products with lower price than the original product, we will not refund the excess.

• 如您替換的產品價格低於原始產品的價格，我們將不退還多餘的款項。

• Exchange policies are not applicable to promotional products

• 退換政策不適用於優惠期間出售的產品。

• Purchased products are not returned

• 已購買的產品不設退還。

• For materials such as stone, amber, pearl, glass, Warranty does not apply to cases of scratches, cracks, breaks during use. Note: These materials are special that must be used and stored properly.

• 保養政策不適用於天然石、琥珀、珍珠及琉璃等材質的產品在使用過程中出現的磨擦、破裂及裂痕的情況。注意：以上皆為特殊材質，必須正確使用和存放。

• For leather bracelet: warranty does not apply in case of damage due to water

• 保養政策不適用於因水而受到破損的皮革手鏈。

• The product price listed at https://www.trollbeads.com/en-hk is the final selling price. The price of the product may change depending on the time and associated promotions. Additional shipping or fulfillment fees will apply, if any, and will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page when you place your order.

• While we do our best to ensure that all information and prices displayed are correct for each product, there are occasional instances of errors or omissions. If we discover an error in the price of any product in your order or wrong promotion applied, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically canceled on the system and a refund will be issued (if the order has been paid in advance).
