Products’ prices listed at https://www.trollbeads.hk/ are the regular retail price in Hong Kong which may be changed according to time and promotion activities. And if there is any additional shipping or fulfilment fees, it will be clearly stated during order checkout.

If we discover any error with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can either re-confirm or cancel the order.
