Membership Eligibility
The Trollbeads Club is open to all individuals.

Usage Restrictions
Content provided on the Trollbeads Club website is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or professional purposes.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Trollbeads Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them in relation to the services provided by Trollbeads A/S.

How to Join

Membership can be obtained by completing the registration form on the Trollbeads website or by signing up in selected Trollbeads stores.

Membership becomes active once payment has been completed (online or in-store) and you have received the confirmation email.

Memberships do not renew automatically. You may renew at your own discretion at any time.

Membership Options

At the time of registration, you may choose one of the following plans:

1-Year Membership: HKD 580 (valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment).
3-Year Membership: HKD 1650 (valid for 36 months from the date of enrollment).

Club membership bead and access

Upon successful registration, members will receive:

The exclusive Trollbeads Club Bead for the current year, symbolising your active membership.
Access to club-exclusive content via the Trollbeads website.
For 3-year memberships only: A complimentary Trollbeads Unique bead with your first purchase following enrollment.

Membership Benefits

1-Year Membership

Club bead: Delivered directly by Trollbeads.
Club-only beads: Access to limited edition beads that are only offered for Club members
Member-only promotions: Access to exclusive promotions and special offers.
Exclusive events and content: Invitations to member-only events, competitions, and other initiatives. Access to exclusive content like collection sneak peeks.

3-Year Membership

The 3-year plan includes all benefits of the 1-year membership, plus:

Cost advantages: A more favourable price compared to annual renewal over three years.
Complimentary unique bead: A specially selected Trollbeads Unique bead gifted with your first purchase after enrollment.

If you hold a 3-year membership, you will automatically receive each new annual Club Bead at the beginning of the year, throughout your active membership period.

Membership changes & renewals

Upgrading from a 1-Year to a 3-Year membership

You may extend your existing membership at any time.
If you purchase a 3-Year Membership while you still have an active period, the additional 36 months will be added to the end of your current membership term.

Renewing early to receive the new annual Club bead

If you renew your membership while it is still active, we will send the new annual Club Bead immediately.
Your renewed membership period will begin once your current membership expires, ensuring you do not lose any active time.

Example:

If you joined the Trollbeads Club in November 2025, you received the 2025 Club Bead, and your membership is active until November 2026.

When the 2026 Club Bead is released in January 2026, you may renew your membership at that time. We will send you the 2026 Club Bead immediately, and your additional 12 months will be added from the end of your current membership, extending your membership to November 2027.
