Exchange policy

Claims of product must be made immediately upon receipt of goods in writing with related photo to: sales@trollbeads.hk

You can have products exchange in size within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange policy does not apply to any promotion items.

WARRANTY POLICIES

All Trollbeads products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase and due to manufacturing defects only. No exchange or refund for improper wear and use.

During warranty period, if a defect in product is identified, Trollbeads will, at its own option and expense, and to the extent permitted by law, 
Either
i. to repair the product by using new or refurbished parts
Or
ii. replace a new product, at Trollbeads discretion, that is equivalent to the claim product. 

Trollbeads have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until Trollbeads received the defective product. The repaired or replacement product entitled to enjoy the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days, whichever period is longer.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The warranty does not cover when the product has been used under the followings:

  1. has been used out of the manufacturer’s indication
  2. improper use, accident, inadequate maintenance
  3. Use under corrosive environment, environment containing airborne contaminants
  4. unauthorized modification has made to the product
  • Warranty is only applicable to products purchased in Hong Kong, officially distributed by Popster 3 Limited.
  • Receipt or Invoice of products has to be attached.
  • The product should be free from dirt, dents, scratches, damage and must remain intact and full details as the original product. 
  • There is no refund for price difference due from exchange to a lower price product.
  • Exchange policies are not applicable to any promotion products.
  • Purchased products are not for return or refund.
  • For materials such as amber, stone, pearl and glass; warranty does not apply to cases of scratches, cracks and breaks.
  • Note: These materials are special that must be used and stored carefully and properly.
  • For leather bracelet and necklace: warranty does not apply to product which has been roughly or improper use and damage due to water.
  • Popster 3 Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
