Products’ prices listed at https://www.trollbeads.hk/ are the regular retail price in Hong Kong which may be changed according to time and promotion activities. And if there is any additional shipping or fulfilment fees, it will be clearly stated during order checkout.

Though we tried our best to ensure that all prices and information stated are correct, but there may still happen to have errors or omissions. If we discover any error with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can either re-confirm or cancel the order. And if we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled, and refund will be issued to the pre-paid order. (If any)
